Comfortable, large, year-round house, great for family trips and gatherings with friends! It is located on the first shoreline, about 30 meters from one of the cleanest lakes in Poland and about 80 meters from the main beach. Guests have access to the entire house, consisting of 3 two-level apartments (each about 85m2). Each of them has separate, equipped kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The common area consists of a hall with an additional shared bathroom and a terrace of about 100m2, where guests spend most of their time in the summer. The garden with an area of almost 2000m2 gives children many opportunities to burn their energy. Additionally, in the garden, there is a designated place for a bonfire / fire grill and a small smokehouse. Excellent for family trips with children - throughout the year. Possibility of accommodating more than 12 people - the offer is determined individually.

The house is rented for a minimum of 3 nights - long weekends, holidays. Outside of the holiday season - a minimum of 2 nights (individually arranged). During the holidays - a minimum of 6 nights, arrival and departure during the weekend. Other options - to be individually agreed upon. Bed linen is available in the house, but towels (including beach towels) must be brought by the guests themselves. Pets - to be agreed upon for an additional fee.
